SMEs Performance and Halal Food Supply Chain

The food and beverage business has a strategic role in the economy security, where 90% of national products are provided by SMEs. SMEs also control 99.9% industrial market, absorb 97% workforce contribute 60% to GDP. On other hand, have lowest resistance COVID-19 pandemic, so efforts need be made strengthen organizational resilience uncertainty environment.
